At Wallbeds ‘n’ More Plano, every wall bed we sell is custom-built to order according to your chosen style, size, and finish. Because each product is made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed, and refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products

While returns are not accepted, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your wall bed arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact our showroom within 5 business days of delivery. We will review the situation and, if applicable, arrange for repair or replacement in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Coverage

All wall beds are covered under the Wallbeds ‘n’ More Limited Warranty, which protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Most wall bed mechanisms include a lifetime warranty.

Cabinetry and finishes are covered under the terms specified by the manufacturer.
